A territory nestled in the hills and embroidered with vineyards, which offers typical and famous products all over the world, do not miss Breganze.
Breganze is a town that rises in the Vicenza foothills, is divided between hills and plains and, like all the towns in the surrounding area, it was a fief of the Ezzelini family. The village is very famous for Torcolato wine, a particular wine with a golden color, obtained by pressing semi-dried vespaiola grape in January.
Good to know: Between 1840 and 1882, a 90-meter-tall bell tower was erected, the third highest in the Veneto and the fourteenth highest in Italy. The Breganze country festival, called “Prima del Torcolato”, is held on the third Sunday of January and is also the first wine event of the year. The Fiera di San Martino is a small village fair that takes place in November.
