Under the "sixth grade cliff" of Mount Civetta and on the shores of Lake Alleghe, we find the small and charming town of Alleghe. This characteristic town, a coveted tourist destination, offers many outdoor activities thanks to its strategic position. Moreover, it offers paths and trails for many people, from the most experienced mountaineers to families, giving them the most beautiful scenery in the world. It is an ancient alpine village, set among the Dolomites of Zoldo, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO on 26 June 2009.

Its peculiarity lies in the traditional typical mountain architecture, and from the characteristic historic center, which is just a few steps from the lake. A country to live all year round, thanks to the numerous mountain huts and various downstream restaurants, from suggestive walks around the lake to the most difficult hikes at high altitude, in short, a perfect place for both summer and winter. winter, so as to fully enjoy a pristine environment immersed in the wildest nature.

Almost threatening are the rock faces of the Agordino side, called in the mountaineering environment the “sixth grade cliff" with a height difference of 1200 meters and with a maximum width of 4 kilometers, an unmissable destination for climbing enthusiasts thanks to the numerous itineraries . Not to be missed is the "Illuminated Boat Competition", a well-established tradition, in which the lighted boats run along the lake, each representing a free theme. At the end of the ceremony, the traditional fireworks display illuminates the imposing Dolomites and show spectacular reflections in the calm waters of the lake.
